Carriage Outside The UK Mainland

We felt that we needed to clarify how we work with customers who are not on the UK mainland.

As we cannot know in advance what the size and weight of your consignment will be we work it like this:

We currently charge £5 flat rate for carriage which is for parcels up to 15kg on the UK mainland. That will appear on your invoice regardless.

If you are resident elsewhere we then look around and try to find the best price we can at the time.

We then create a "Carriage product" in the shop category "Carriage" relevant to your order.

We will email you with the additional cost of carriage and then despatch the goods as soon as we can after payment has been received.

You will see the flat rate charge appear a second time on the invoice for the additional carriage cost - but that £5 is taken into account in the total figure so you are only paying the additional cost in the end - not the flat rate again on top!
